What should I bring to a family law consultation?+

Bring any court papers you've received or filed, a copy of any existing parenting plan or order, and a short written summary of dates and events. If finances are involved, recent pay stubs and a list of major assets and debts are helpful.

Do you handle contested custody matters?+

Yes. Seber Law represents parents in contested custody cases, including modifications, relocation disputes, and trial work in Tennessee courts.

Do you work outside Cookeville?+
